Habits are those atoms, which once created well, giving you an altogether new dimension     

For any person, who wants to achieve anything,which for now in time seems a big and complete transformative journey , and makes it gullible to pursue, they must know that the steps to it is a small micro actions called habits which ultimately leads you there.

Habits are nothing else but a change, a tiny one or may be a big step, filled with a sense of hope and commitment to be better , to be new, and to bring a positive change which you desire from your heart.

Simple change in daily action like taking stairs instead of lift, drinking a litre of water more, dedicating minutes to meditation , switching sugars to substitute or cycling outdoors for certain miles a day, adds up to all.

What’s become the challenging part after deciding what action to take is, to pursue them for certain number of days, despite reluctance, challenges and obstructions. Doing it ,continuing it is everything.It changes your mindset,your confidence,your working pattern,the way you perceive and ultimately the outcome, which will be visible to all.

It’s being said, continuing an action or change for 21days become a habit,as it takes this much of time to retire your brain for it. And once they take place of a habit, it all changes.

Now you would start seeing the results, outcomes, and a change, no matter how big or small.

That is the power of habits, slowly it modifies you into a new human, into a new person and being.
